This 8-week outpatient program is designed for people who want to shift their relationship with substances or behaviors while still showing up for their day-to-day lives. You’ll get one-on-one counselling, creative tools, take-home exercises, and real-life strategies to help you feel more in control, more connected, and more yourself. Whether you’re looking for full sobriety or simply more peace in your life, this program meets you where you’re at.

Sometimes you just need to say it all out loud—and this is the space for that.

Rant Counselling is for those moments when life feels overwhelming, frustrating, or just plain heavy. You don’t need to have a clear goal or be in a deep crisis to come in—sometimes you just need a place to vent. Maybe you’re angry, exhausted, confused, or carrying something you can’t say anywhere else. That’s okay.

In these sessions, there’s no pressure to figure it all out. You won’t get a list of things to fix or be told what you should do. Instead, you’ll get someone who truly listens—without judgment, without interrupting, and without trying to make it all tidy.

Talking things out can help you breathe a little easier, gain some perspective, and feel less alone in whatever you’re carrying. Whether it’s been a rough day or a rough decade, you’re welcome here.

Decisional Counselling is for anyone facing a big decision—or even a small one that just feels too heavy to handle alone. You might be choosing between two jobs, struggling with a relationship, debating a move, or unsure whether to stay the course or make a change. You don’t have to do it in isolation.

This isn’t advice-giving or telling you what to do. Instead, I help guide the process, asking thoughtful, grounded questions that help you clarify what you value, what you need, and what direction feels right. There’s space to talk it out without pressure, fear of judgment, or someone jumping in with “answers.”

Sometimes the decision is clear. Sometimes it’s layered. But every time, you’ll leave with more clarity, more confidence, and a better understanding of what truly matters to you.
